Stop managing the noise. Fix the root cause. This is where the pattern stops running you.

You don’t have twenty different problems. You have one pattern, showing up in your psychology, your relationships, and your leadership simultaneously. I am the only one working on all three at once.

Most people who arrive here have already done significant work on themselves.

They have been in therapy. They have read widely. They have developed a genuine and often sophisticated understanding of their own patterns: where the patterns come from, what they produce, why they persist.

That understanding is real and valuable.

But the pattern is still running nonetheless.

What is missing is not more insight. It is the specific kind of work that reaches the level where the pattern actually lives:

  • beneath the presenting symptoms
  • beneath the therapeutic narrative that has made the pattern comprehensible
  • beneath the intellectual account of the self that has grown more sophisticated without becoming fundamentally different.

That level is where this work begins.

Why what you have tried has not held

Every serious therapeutic tradition addresses something real. Psychological approaches address the mind. Somatic approaches address the body. Philosophical and spiritual traditions address purpose.

Each produces genuine results (although partially and temporarily) because the pattern runs across all dimensions simultaneously.

Treating one dimension while the others remain untouched is why the results do not hold.

Real, lasting authority cannot be found in surface-level habits. My practice framework targets the three distinct points where capable individuals leak energy:

  • The Scientific Dimension: Regulating a somatic nervous system trapped in a constant survival loop.
  • The Psychological Dimension: Rewriting the private logic and childhood scripts that trigger self-sabotage.
  • The Spiritual Dimension: Aligning your outward professional execution with a legacy that actually feels whole.

Who I am

I am a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist with specialized training in Adlerian depth psychology, fifteen years of clinical practice across three continents, and more than a thousand clients (individuals, couples, executives, and organizations) for whom the standard approaches had produced partial results.

The work I do sits at the intersection of clinical psychology, Adlerian depth practice, somatic work, and the faith dimension that most clinical training brackets and this practice does not. The integration is not a positioning strategy. It is the honest consequence of following the evidence (clinical, philosophical, and scientific) to where that evidence leads.

Science, art, psychology, therapy, faith, and the search for answers have always been part of my life. The form has changed. The direction has not.

What Clients Say Within 6โ€“12 MONTHS

โ€œFor the first time someone helped me see the early decision I made about being โ€˜not enoughโ€™ โ€” and then helped my body believe something new. Life-changing.โ€ โ€” David P., Entrepreneur

“I understood that I could accept myself, with all my wounds. That I can look them in the face and try to heal them. For all this and much more that cannot be expressed in words, thank you. I live today because I have discovered you.” โ€” Gina, C-level Exec

“What I appreciated in Claudiu was his rational, pragmatic, professional and empathetic approach. I always had the feeling that he speaks my language and that he understands me, which helped me to open up.” โ€” Angela, Attorney

“He had built a successful company over fifteen years. By the time he came to me, he had also built a leadership style that everyone around him could see clearly except him. Not cruel: competent, driven, and completely closed to the kind of correction that would have made him more effective and less costly to work with. The work we did together was not about his business strategy. It was about the private logic that had been running his decisions: the specific hierarchy of values that had placed his own judgment above every other available input, and that had been producing, across years of genuine success, a leader whose people performed for him rather than with him. Eighteen months later the business had not changed. The person leading it had. The results followed.” โ€” Clinical observation, composite case. Details altered to protect confidentiality.

โ€œThis is the most coherent depth approach Iโ€™ve encountered. Adlerian psychology plus nervous-system literacy is a game-changer.โ€ โ€” Dr. Ana H., Referring psychologist

โ€œI stopped hustling for worthiness. I just wake up and feelโ€ฆ here. Like I belong to myself.โ€ โ€” Mark, 41, Tech founder

Ready to Stop Explaining the Pattern and Start Living Without It?

You’ve understood your childhood. You’ve identified your triggers. You’ve tried to think your way out.

But the old conviction is still running your life.

“I’m not enough.” “I have to earn my place.” “If they really knew me, they’d leave.”

This conviction formed when you were small. Before words. Before logic. Before you could choose.

And it won’t change through insight alone.

It changes through depth work that reaches the unconscious, regulates the nervous system, and rewrites the root.

That’s what Alignment Psychology does.
